Home to the highest mountain in Spain and UNESCO World Heritage Site, we’ll spend the day exploring Teide National Park on foot hiking through the magnificent paths with breathtaking views.
We'll start out at Puerto de la Cruz, crossing La Orotava Valley before entering into the national park. Here we'll break up into two groups, those who wish to take the cable car to explore and those who wish to visit the famous rock formations Roques de Garcia.
Explore the impressive volcanic landscape full of craters and rivers of petrified lava within the park, or choose to see first hand the majestic rocks that are made up of different layers of various materials and learn the stories behind such formations.
After an hour and a half, we'll regroup and hike back down Aguamansa to return to Puerto de la Cruz around 1:30 pm just in time for lunch.
